Recruitment Consultant: German, Taleo, BSc, Sales
I have a fascinating opportunity to act as in internal recruiter for the worlds largest life-science organisation.
I require the following skills for this role:
- Fluent German and English
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree
- 3 + years recruitment experience
- Experience of Taleo or similar applicant tracking system
- Experience of recruiting within an engineering/production environment
Your main tasks will be to:
-Serve specific internal clients and manage the internal recruitment posting process for the differing business units in Switzerland, with potential positions in other EMEA countries.
- Partner with hiring managers and business based human resource partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end
