Project Lead CoE Consumables Management:- Project Management/CoE/Regulated/Manufacturing/Clean-room/German
Project/Role:
For our customer, a renowned pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Project Lead CoE Consumables Management. The role is contract position initially for 12 months (with strong possibility of extension) in Luzern Switzerland.
Main tasks:
-Sole responsible for delivery of the assigned project(s) in time, scope, and budget, closely following established project management directives: like the Devises and maintains detailed project plan
-Responsible to perform critical path analysis and manages all project risks.
-Plans required resources and manages efficient use there of to control project budget.
-Provides regular project reporting and escalates issues in a proactive and timely fashion.
-Ensures required documentation for the compliant launch of facilities and equipment is in place
-Responsible to lead the project team with 3-5 internal members from different support functions without direct disciplinary authority (Matrix organization).
-Responsible to monitor external partners with regards to timely delivery and quality of delegated or outsourced project aspects.
-Collaborates and aligns with peer Project Leaders where working under shared governance (eg in a Program Organization).
Requirements:
-Must have min 5 to 7 years of experience in managing complex projects.
-Good experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (clean room facilities)
-Responsible for leading without disciplinary authority (Matrix).
-Strong team player, given the close collaboration with fellow PMs in a Program set-up
-Should possess a high degree of Professionalism, given the exposure to external parties/suppliers
-Should have an high degree of assertiveness, dialogue and team orientation
-Should be willing to travel (15-30%)
-He/she should be from a Technical (engineering) background and have good experience with the design, construction, and commissioning of highly automated manufacturing facilities.

Education:
University degree/Master in mechanical engineering, automation technology or materials engineering or equivalent higher education in a technical and analytical field.
