Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel area, is now looking for Event Specialist/Meeting Services Coordinator.
This is a contractual role starting in November until end of December 2019.
Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact for the customer on technical event planning
Provide consulting to customers to use the right technology for their meetings, document incidents
Support customers in the technical preparation and execution of large events
Support senior executives professionally and with the utmost confidentiality
Must Have:
+2 years of working experience in event planning and/or conferencing services
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interact across cultures
Strong customer and service orientation
Flexible to work early and late hours even on short notice
Proficient in English and German
Nice to Haves:
Previous work experience in an event agency
Other languages is a benefit:
