For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

German speaking Business Analyst – Process & Solution Desing (5706)

In this role, you will be working in the Group Risk Control Financial Crime Change Management Team, where you will ensure appropriate documentation of requirements and processes, and act as a conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions.

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience as Business Analyst in the financial industry, ideally within Change-the-Bank projects
• Strong knowledge in Process Desing and Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Good technical understanding and knowledge of CRM systems
• Knowledge in Compliance (onboarding / due diligence processes) would be a plus
• Great client orientation as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in German and English

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain the documentation of business requirements and Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Coordination with stakeholders throughout the implementation & testing
• Preparation of user manual/guidelines and other training material as required
• Support & facilitate workshops, education sessions and presentations as required to collect and communicate the results across business divisions
