Your Skills
- Reporting on regular basis on progress to the head of the programme or Delivery Unit heads and above
- Resource Managament
- Managing the quality assurance, compliance and risk functions
- Responding to ad-hoc requests for information, interfacing though to Project Managers for the source information
- Cosolidating budget and forecast data, investigate variances
- Financial analysis and monitoring of governance
- Prince2 practitioner or equivalent
Your Tasks
- Good understanding of change control
- Good understanding of risk and issue management (Procedures,Tools,Administration of associated action plans)
- Good understanding of financial management (Cost tracking and analysis eg through earned value, methods of depreciation and amortisation of programme and project costs)
- Good negotiation skills
- Preparation of Materials for Decision and Governance Boards
