For our international operating pharma client in Basel we are currently looking for a
Logistics and Deployment Specialist
The program's focus areas are:
- Design digital biomarkers: Define ways to capture clinical outcomes using sensor data collected from smartphones and wearables
- Develop apps and data processing pipeline: Establish processes, software, and infrastructure to handle big data collected from sensors in clinical trials
- Deploy digital biomarkers to clinical studies: Generate data to validate approaches and support decision making
- Analyse and interpret sensor data: Identify signals for disease severity and progression in sensor data collected from patients in trials
Tasks and responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end deployment workflows and logistics, including batch preparation and shipments
- Manage device deployments
- Plan and track equipment demand and provide input to purchasing process
Requirements
- 3+ years of similar experience (logistics support and deployment management)
- 3+ years of IT project experience
- Capable of combining project and operational work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to plan work ahead and manage and direct execution by others
- Skilled with technology (educational background also important)
- Quality mindset and attention to detail
- Process-oriented but still flexible
- Native/fluent-English speaker or equivalent (written and spoken)
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a nice to have
- Project-based work experience within the area of clinical development is a nice to have
- Good German skills, written and spoken is a nice to have
