Senior Visual Designer - UI/Adobe tool suite including XD
Role:
One of our customers in the Luzern area is looking for a Senior Visual Designer
Main Tasks:
* Work directly with the project leads to shape ideas and create prototypes or as part of a UX team to deliver professional solutions
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
* Design beautiful, clear and functional interfaces for our products Illustrate intuitive iconography for our applications
* Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers
Requirements:
* Excellent in using the Adobe tool suite including XD
* Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Winword, Excel)
* At least 2 years working experience in an agency
* Ability to develop a library of UI patterns
* A current portfolio is expected. Please provide a link or PDF in your application
* A solid understanding of information and interaction user-centered design principles
* Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
* Expertise in using color, style, iconography, web typography, information design, and visual
* hierarchy to clarify data, indicate relationships, and hint at behavior
* Experience in pixel-perfect and responsive design development
* Working experience in an agile environment
* Experience with MAC/PC
Nice to Have:
* Balsamiq and Axure is a Plus
* A track record of working in a complex, multi-platform, multi-device ecosystem is a Plus
Education:
* Bachelor in graphical design, visual design, digital communication or comparable education
* A master degree in Interaction design or a similar field is a Plus
Languages:
* Fluent in English
* Good German
