Project Manager - Accountability and Efficiency Framework
Are you a Project Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience in business processes development and business processes mapping, analysis and improvement; do you have experience and expertise in developing, researching, using and/or managing accountability mechanisms? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Project Manager to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Overall responsibilities
- Lead the development of an integrated, end-to-end Roles & Responsibilities Framework and continuous improvement approach for corresponding processes.
- Design and lead technical workshops, meetings and seminars as part of a consultative process to identify pain points and solutions and arrive at the Accountability Framework and operationalization.
- Ensure standardization and consistency in the format and presentation of all Operating Procedure manuals of all the functions.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- At least five years of professional experience, including in business process development
- Experience with project management methodology;
- Experience and expertise in developing, researching, using and/or managing accountability mechanisms;
- Experience in business processes mapping, analysis and improvement;
- Experience coordinating between cross-divisional teams;
- Experience implementing organizational change using change management techniques.
- Fluent in English and French, working knowledge of one of the following: Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish.
