For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedPMO - Digital Recruiting Program (5603)
The ideal candidate will be working in the HR Digital Recruiting project team which is responsible for one of the main strategic projects in recruiting. The program spans work streams in Automation & Artificial Intelligence, Digital Assessments, Connected Systems and Digital Culture.
Your Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience as PMO in an internationally operating company
• Familiar with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience in working with Digital Recruiting Program would be a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new things
• Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Support project planning and coordination across the projects on the digital recruiting program
• Partner closely with the human resources experts across the organization
• Support sourcing, evaluation and incubation of emerging market technologies in artificial intelligence and gamification
