Junior Performance Analyst

We are currently looking for a Junior Performance Analyst/Data Analyst in order to analyze client portfolio and account performance and to ensure a reliable data reporting process. This is a contract opportunity with a financial institution in Zurich.
Tasks
- Global Investment Performance Standards compliance and handle GIPS related topics from all areas/locations of the bank
- Ensure the implementation of the CIO views in the bank's Portfolio Management System in terms of internal tactical grids upload; ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintenance of the internal performance data related systems
- Monitor and review performance development of client accounts and identify/analyze performance outliers
- Generate and review performance analysis reports; analyze the results in terms of performance contribution and/or attribution
- Enhance and/or develop IT solutions to handle performance measurement related topics
Requirements
- Banking apprenticeship and/or higher education in economics/finance (master or bachelor degree)
- Background in Banking & Finance, ideally in Investment Performance Analysis
- Experience in a similar position as Data Analyst/System Analyst
- IT knowledge (MS Office, MS Access), profound knowledge of VBA and/or SQL
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
