For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior Business Analyst - Records / Data Management (5523)
The role is an exciting opportunity to show leadership and work on the global design for the banks wide electronic archiving solution. The role requires a skilled individual with an extensive background in designing operating models, governance and SLAs with 3rd parties, business case development and process design.
Your Qualifications:
• 8+ years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial industry and background in Records and/or Data Management
• Strong skills in organizational and process design
• Knowledge in Outsourcing and SLAs
• Experienced in environments of a large scale implementation with high demand to deliver top quality
• Well versed in developing business cases
• Ability to interact on C-level/Senior Management level
• Fluent in English, German is a big plus
Your Responsibilities:
• Designing and syndicating the governance, operating model, and processes for the future Records & Information Management (RIM) Organization
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with our local/ regional Compliance functions ensuring local regulatory and compliance nuances are considered in the designs
• The mandate to streamline and standardize the bank's internal RIM processes as well as the governance and operating model with involved 3rd parties
• An opportunity to innovate and provide cost-effective and regulatory compliant RIM services and processes on a global scale
