Our client, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, is looking for three Senior Business Analysts with extensive experience in Credit Risk from a BAU and data controls perspective. The professionals will join a team responsible for delivering a new credit risk reporting platform for Private Banking to reach BCBS 239 compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering information in order to compile Data Controls and Process Procedure Documentations
- Identifying any gaps, making sure that new controls are set up
- Working closely with the BAU and Risk Change teams
- Helping the Swiss risk and finance data provisioning team BAU team specify and set up the new controls
- Collaborating with the global risk and finance data provisioning team to make sure that current processes and controls are aligned with the global standards set by the program
Ideal Profile:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience
- Experience in Private Banking or Investment Banking
- Strong background in Credit Risk System implementation projects
- Experience in a BAU environment is a must
- Background in projects related to definition and implementation of data controls is a must
- For one of the roles strong development skills in SQL Server are required
- Excellent ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Ability to work in a challenging environment under tight deadlines
- Fluent English, German would be a strong advantage
