For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zürich, we are looking for aPMO - Compliance / Regulatory (5455)
The ideal candidate will work in the COO Strategy team within CCRO to support them in forward planning, communications and presentations. Types of initiatives the candidate will be involved in: Regulatory, Executive Board and Internal Communication.
Your Qualifications:
-2-4 years experience as in similar role, preferably within banking
-Experience in a compliance, consulting, strategy, business management, project management, or chief-of-staff function
-Expert skills in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint and excellent command of other MS office products
-Presentation skills and ability to write clear and concise business communications for senior management audiences
-Fluent English skills are a requirement, German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
-Prepare presentations, documents, reports in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (most frequently used)
-Prepare forward calendar, schedule meetings
-Interact with various stakeholders to obtain information, track deliverables
-Prepare binders for management meetings with information
-Perform research of information, synthesize that into reports and put that into presentations for management
