Next-Link Solutions are looking for a Business Analyst in Geneva - Switzerland.
Role overview:
- Data Extraction/Calculation/Transformation: as per business rules calculate financial risk indicators (remittance holding capacity, RHC) and perform extract transform and load activities of such data using, for example, DataLoader.io tool.
- System configuration: mass upload information into Salesforce (SFDC), Risk Monitoring Engine (RME), EasyPay (IEP) and other related systems, as per business rules.
- Some manual manipulation of data would be needed to handle exceptions to business rules.
- Data Quality: during migration activity control migrated and existing data conforms to expected data quality standards defined by the business.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders of the project distributed in multiple locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Great Personal skills with experience working in a multi-national environment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English, including technical writing skills.
- Expertise in data extractions, data manipulation and automation (MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, Talend Data Integration or similar tools).
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) systems configuration.
- Familiar with standard SFDC objects and Ideally with NewGen (New Accreditation Model, NAM) custom objects.
- The team should have the capacity of developing small tools to facilitate the data manipulation required for the migration.
- Technical documentation of processes when needed.
