On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious financial institutions, we are looking for a Specialist Securities Deliveries. For this position based in Zürich, our client is looking for a German and English-speaking candidate, who is available as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities:
- Capturing and active tracking of securities deliveries transactions (DvP/RvP, In-Outflow, Custodian Transfers)
- Self-employed management of pending issues and case tracking until completion/settlement
- Resolving client relevant queries related to current securities deliveries transactions, addressed by Front Offices in German and English written and orally via Phone/MSLync and application Service Case
- Actively manage current securities deliveries transactions and take over full problem ownership
- Ensurance of proactive communication to Client Relationship Managers and Assistants
- Strong liaise with back- and Front Office in order to ensure high quality and no risk transaction of securities deliveries
- Document resolutions to ensure audit track
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Banking background and +5 years of experience in the area of securities and banking operations
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Highly client service and quality oriented mindset
- Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload
- Excellent problem solving skills and result/delivery focused way of working
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express functional terms and details both verbally and writing in clear, concise and understandable German and English, particularly for non-functional experts
