My client is a global organisation active in manufacturing. As part of their ongoing global transformation program from SAP to SuccessFactors, a need has emerged for a consultant specialising on organisational change/HR change management as the workload increases for the HR operations teams.

Start: ASAP
Duration: Initially 6 months with extension
Capacity: full time, minimal remote work
SAP HR Business Consultant (Change Management/Training/Super User)
Very good at SAP HR Swiss payroll mainly as a business user, using SAP HR to do CH PY.
Will support with work instructions on systematic procedures: Interview users, capture their operational queries and understand their knowledge & needs.
Document this, use same to develop training plan and deliver training to staff.
