For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zug, we are looking to staff a G&A Program Manager to start on 19 Mar, 2018

Job Description
• The G&A Program Manager will be responsible for managing several projects in the Analytics, HR, Finance, Legal, SC and IT areas.
• The G&A Program Manager will help to establish project goals, business cases and other information to successfully launch projects that are critical to achieving the company’s strategy.
• The role will continue to manage the projects to ensure that IT SDLC methodologies are followed, status reports are developed and comprehensive project plans are in place.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in the G&A space, including supporting HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and IT Expertise Areas.
• Responsible for developing projects plans for key capability builds (IT systems and associated process and organizational support), develop project charters to define and manage project scope and goals, creating and submitting status reports and tracking project level issues, risks, decisions and overall status and identify and track key interdependencies between projects.
• The role will meet with key business stakeholders to establish project meeting cadence, set up meeting and drive project execution.
• Role will take meeting minutes and manage IT project management tools and drive creation of key IT SDLC documentation.

Must Haves
• Experience managing and implementing key G&A systems including:
• Business Intelligence systems
• Financial planning systems
• Workforce planning systems
• SAP implementation (Order to Cash, MRP)
• Time Tracking (e.g. Kronos)
• Transparency reporting / Sunshine Act compliance
• Oracle HR (FUSION)
• EExperience developing G&A IT roadmaps
• Experience developing integrated IT project plans using MS Project
• Experience managing / writing project status reports, issues / risk management and decision logs
• System implementation experience
• Experience using MS Project plan to manage projects
• Ability to work in a team environment – willing to pitch in to achieve goals
• Experience with managing projects
• Experience with resource / capacity management

Nice to Haves
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Experience in sharepoint / BOX/ SmartSheet/other collaboration tools
• Serialization, Commercial systems like Veeva CRM

Contract Type: Contract – w/m
Start Date: 19 Mar, 2018 or by agreement
Duration: 6 Months with extension
Workload: 100%
