A leading professional services organization is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic and international team in Basel, Switzerland.
The role:
*You will be responsible for understanding complex business processes, eliciting, and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication and implementation.
*You will continuously monitor for opportunities to improve or innovate business processes though technology.
Job Qualification:
*Successful candidates should have 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
*Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical business processes
*Preferably experience in the Life Sciences industry
*Well versed with Microsoft Office suite and business analysis tools and frameworks
*Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
*Efficient communication and coordination skills
*Business fluency in English and any additional European language
*Ideally experience with GxP/Regulated/LS environment
