For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedRisk Control Specialist / Support - Risk Data Reporting (5103)
The ideal candidate will be working with Corporate Centre Compliance & Operational Risk Control reporting. The purpose of C&ORC is to ensure that all compliance, conduct and operational risks are understood, owned and managed by the firm's risk appetite.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in project management support, ideally with specialization in risk management, risk control, audit or compliance
- Experience in analyzing and working with large datasets, familiarity with the establishment of data monitoring concepts is a big advantage
- Knowledge of how to produce educational material for third parties reflecting reporting processes and requirements
- Sound analytical and conceptual working style as well as excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, German is highly desired
Your Responsibilities:
- Support a strategic project in a risk reporting context, more specifically, engaging, reviewing and documenting processes
- Elaborate and design concepts, in particular in an operational risk reporting context
- Work closely with business divisional partners to ensure designed processes and expectations will be met
- Support management to establish data monitoring concepts and to roll out an updated global policy on the reporting
- Perform second-line-of-defense activities in relation to operational risk loss reporting
- Drive education on root cause analysis for operational risk event related deep-dives
