Job Description:
Summary: Looking for Requirements Engineer, you will play a key role in the effective and effective development and advancement of client's infusion pumps and associated accessories. This is a challenging and exciting position.
Responsibilities:
* He / She wants to support product management to meet the needs and expectations of customers, to perform user interviews, to validate products, to ensure usability and to develop release strategies.
* Responsible to describe, analyze and manage requirements during the entire product life cycle.
* Responsible to support R & D to describe specifications and test scenarios.
* He / She is responsible for building trustful communication and collaboration across customers and peers.
Develop and ensure requirement engineering best practices and efficient processes.
Support Quality Management to implement necessary regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer.
* At least 3 years' experience in requirements engineering, preferably in medical devices
* Proactive, able to work under pressure, assertive, people integration abilities.
* Willing to travel (Europe).
* Experience / Knowledge of medical regulatory requirements such as 13485, 14971, 62304, 62366 and 60601
* Very good verbal and written German and English.
Nice to have:
* High flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
* Prior experience working in Pharma or Medical Domain.
* Experience in IoT products, big data utilization, digitalization of user workflows.
Education: Bachelor or Master Degree.
Languages: Fluent English and German language.
