For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencePEX Change Agent - Academy Learning / Development (5008)
We are looking for someone to join our client's Process Excellence Academy team to lead projects and support the development of training material.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years IT project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cicero OpenSpan), Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), Agile
- Good understanding of operational processes in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge and skills are a plus
- Fluent in English both oral and written
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead small projects that are aligned with PEX Academy strategic objectives
- Develop PEX training material and presentations
- Co-ordinate PEX training and certification logistics
- Support the local PEX Academy Learning and Development Leader with day-to-day activities
