For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivatedJunior Business Analyst - Reporting / MS Access (4975)
Your Qualifications:
- Project experience as a business analyst, preferably within the banking industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Access / VBA
- Basic bank products understanding (e.g. structured products) and regulatory experience (US Withholding taxes) are a benefit
- Used to interact with senior stakeholders
- Analytical way of thinking, striving to improve existing processes/activities
- Fluent in English; German is a big plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Support certain manual activities of the 871m US withholding tax program
- Preparation of product-related data for submission to SIX
- Support reporting related tasks: especially beginning of the year (Q1) there is a significant workload expected due to a reporting that needs to be prepared for the US tax authority IRS and certain eligible clients
- Diligently analyze the manual activities in order to achieve automation of the manual activities as described above (where possible)
