For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a Talent Scout - Wealth Management.The ideal candidate will be working as part of the Global Recruiting Sourcing and Research team. The Talent Scout is responsible for the first contact with potential candidates. After the first contact, the recruiting team will be pulled in.
Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a HR Researcher or Recruiter ideally within Financial Services / Wealth Management sector
- Strong social media user (Xing, LinkedIn Recruiter) with a broad network
- Expert knowledge of candidate research, direct search activities and market cultivation
- Strategic and creative thinking as well as high integrity and compliance with internal quality standards
- Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- Producing high quality target lists of relevant candidates
- Identification and acquisition of the most qualified and experienced potential candidates by using different sourcing channels
- Plan and conduct candidate pipelining and succession solutions; build-up and maintain close relationships with long term prospects
- Ongoing monitoring of the market and potential candidates
- Work closely with business aligned recruiter and the business globally
- Development of tools and processes within the sourcing team
