PMO/Change Manager with Robot Process Automation wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Professionalism in business analysis or change management
- Profound background in Robot Process Automation projects is advantageous
- Working experience in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of Banking Operations is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or other language skills are a plus
Your tasks:
- Ensuring flawless preparation, implementation and execution of robotic process automation solutions
- Collaborating with business subject matter experts, Operations production support team and IT partners
- Conducting process optimization and redesign activities for complimenting scrum team backlog build-out
- Supporting in requirement specification and UAT strategy definition for identified robotics solutions
- Testing and analysing compatibility of the systems with preferred automation platforms
