As a senior project manager - responsible for the Implementation for Structured Products projects
Application according to Project Methodology:
- Requirements engineering, defining, validating, implementing business requirements
- Create the business specification for the target solution
- Analyze and specify interfaces conditions
- Accompany the IT implementation phase and continuous scope management
- Responsibility for coordination with business and business IT stakeholders
- Leadership of project meetings and internal presentations
Solid experience in project management
- Proven experience and genuine passion in the Business Requirements Engineering & Creating
- Business specifications and business cases
- 5 to 10 years experience in the financial industry
- Very good knowledge in the field:
- Trade Informatics
- Structured Products (Equities, FX)
- master data; Life Cycle Management, Emmisions process
- Middle Office, workflows and task management
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven implementation experience in trading
- Ability to handle complex issues or depicting and explaining relationships
- Logical and structured procedure/problem analysis
- Good experience in testing, eg functionalities workflows etc.
- Advanced application of MS Office applications
- Experience with different cultures
IPMA, Prince2, PMBOK, or similar
- Ability to be in a demanding interdisciplinary and ambitious environment
- Fast learner, analytical, structured and independent working method
