ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - Switzerland
NextLink Solutions need to hire a Enterprise Architect for a crucial and very complex project, where all your skills will be tested. This very exciting and critical project for a global and highly sought after an insurance company in Switzerland.
Enterprise Architect tasks:
- Ability to engage with senior executives, enterprise architects and business to understand business/architectural requirements and articulate/present architecture vision/road map/strategy.
- Coordination with various groups within customer and Client organisations for information gathering and strategy/solution development.
- Ability to coordinate and anchor EA initiatives spanning across various technology domains.
Mentor and guide junior architects within the account.
Enterprise Architect - Must have/ Qualifications:
- Experience in handling Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Consulting.
- Experience in working with CTO/CIO and Chief Architect of customer organization
- Experience in handling large transformation engagements, which consists of diverse technology stack.
- Experience in working with insurance customers in Europe. Good understanding of Life and P&C Insurance business domain
- Hands on expertise in more than one industry focus areas (Portals/SOA/BPM/MDM/Web 2.0/Security/ERP/Data warehouse/CMS) with strong implementation experience
- Good awareness/exposure on emerging technology trends such as Social Media, Big Data, and Mobility etc
- Should possess strong Presales and Consulting experience.
Enterprise Architect - nice to Have:
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management, Legacy Modernization and Transformation.
- Experience in developing and presenting business cases.
- Experience/knowledge in project management and Leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience of creating, evangelizing and formalizing organization offerings in industry focus areas
- Certified in TOGAF V 8.0 or V9.0
- German Speaking is a plus.
