Your experience/skills: Administrational background, preferable in Workforce Lifecycle Management Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel Work experience in External Workforce Management (onboarding documentation) Languages: fluent in English and German both written and spoken Your tasks: Supervising and managing the verification of onboarding and lifecycle processes Monitoring and controlling contractual proof of all contingent workers as well as ensuring proper action is initiated to guarantee compliance Verifying and documenting tracking process, related to onboarding of Professional Services Being in charge of the provision of reliable and meaningful reporting to Managers and other relevant internal Stakeholders Supporting Workforce function through timely ad hoc analysis and nonstandard reporting Start: ASAP Duration: 3MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH11541 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
