Harvey Nash is looking for a Training Lead/Coordinator for a 6 month project in Switzerland.
The project is looking for a professional Training Lead/Project Manager to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM).
You are responsible for
* Ensuring the training strategy is executed as defined
* Managing and coordinating all training development activities
* Managing time, budget and resources during training development
* Ensuring communication between all parties during training development
* Working together with Instructional Designer and vendors to coordinate training material review cycles
* Ensuring quality of training material including adhering to clients' technical compatibility requirements
* Setup and tests in CHRIS LSO
* Initiating training delivery and evaluation
* Ensuring the organization (invitation) of the Train-the-Trainer/Data Admin session (if applicable)
* Ensuring appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
* Ensuring quality of training material including adhering to clients' technical compatibility requirements
* Ensuring communication between all parties during training development
* Ensuring the Role Mapping spreadsheet is maintained
* Escalating issues to OCM Lead
* Preparing and presenting weekly training report to OCM Team as needed
* Excellent process tracking and time management skills are required to be able to handle a big amount of data manually
* Extremely well organized and structured, in order to handle big quantity of data
* Open minded, willing to learn, cooperative working style, needs to be able to communicate appropriately with different levels
Requirements
* +5 years of experience in general project management in the IT area
* Specification: +2 years of experience in project management in context of trainings (previous experience managing major training development initiatives)
* + 2 years of working experience at Roche
* Fluent in English
