Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Architect to join the team of its multinational client in Switzerland until initially the end of the year on a Full time/freelancer basis.

This is a contract position an you MUST be able to work freely in Switzerland.

Minimum core attributes:

  • 10+ years SAP HCM/SF experience
  • Extensive SuccessFactors Project or e2e Experience
    The client will be implementing the full SuccessFactors Suite.
  • 2+ full life cycle's as a SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Architect
  • Designs and develops IT architecture around the HCM application in addition to the integration.
  • Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
  • ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements. Standardize and simplify existing global application framework.
  • Manages changes and projects within the HR SF solutions domain.
  • Strong Communication in English (Project Languages)
  • Ideally additional French or German Language skills

Project scope information: Full SF Suite Architecture, QA and Delivery of Implementations

Required modular experience: SAP Success Factors and HCM (10+ years)

Project Location: Switzerland - Strong Transport Links

Start-date: ASAP (Can Wait until 4th September if required)

Duration: Until the end of the year (Expected Extension)

Rate: Competitive Market Rate (CHF)

Expenses: Not covered
