Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Architect to join the team of its multinational client in Switzerland until initially the end of the year on a Full time/freelancer basis.
This is a contract position an you MUST be able to work freely in Switzerland.

Minimum core attributes:
- 10+ years SAP HCM/SF experience
- Extensive SuccessFactors Project or e2e Experience
The client will be implementing the full SuccessFactors Suite. - 2+ full life cycle's as a SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Architect
- Designs and develops IT architecture around the HCM application in addition to the integration.
- Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
- ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements. Standardize and simplify existing global application framework.
- Manages changes and projects within the HR SF solutions domain.
- Strong Communication in English (Project Languages)
- Ideally additional French or German Language skills
