Beschreibung

PMO - Administrative Expert with profound compliance knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Law
  • 7+ years extensive experience in Administrative Expert position(s) empowered by training programs, preferably in the areas of Integrity, Compliance and/or Legal
  • 3+ years' experience in project management and excellent knowledge of PM tools and methodologies
  • Availability for the following workloads: 50% from August to September, 100% from October until the 30th of April and 50% from May onwards (open end)
  • Excellent time management skills (adherence to deadlines) with an independent, proactive and systematic work approach
  • Brilliant analytical skills with the ability to use one's network to achieve the desired results
  • Extraordinary communication skills, in particular the skill set of being to able inform reliably and in a structured, customer-oriented manner
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge of a 2nd or 3rd language (eg German) is advantageous

Your tasks:

  • Actively participating in the planning, execution and implementation of NTO L&C projects and managing the project coordination in large and/or complex projects in the areas of Footprint, M&A, Internal Reorganizations, Business Transfers and more
  • Tracking and monitoring training records, initiating and rolling-out campaigns as provided by global compliance and maintaining NTO specific guidelines, charters and policies
  • Leading the establishment of suitable trackers and progress management tools and constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of assigned projects
  • Independently handling correspondence with external law firms, as well as the mandating of external advisors (experts, law firms, brokers) for NTO L&C projects
  • Exploring and introducing usage of innovative IT and communication methods and tools for the NTO L&C Function, designing and building the SharePoint/Intranet site for NTO L&C
  • Designing and managing NTO L&C communication to clients via newsletters, webcasts, presentations and trainings
