Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Professional Project Assistant who has strong knowledge of HR processes within a Pharma IT environment.
This is a 3 months contracting role based in Basel and planned to start ASAP until mid of September with extension opportunities.
Are you a Project Assistant with Pharmaceutical experience and good knowledge of business process modelling?

Tasks:
Coming close to the end of the delivery phase of the project our client need to ensure that all deliverables are done in a quality that ensures they serve their purpose.
For the deliverables with regards to documentation they are seeking for a short-term support that will help them with:
- Ensuring consistency in the process documentations
- Creating additional simplified process documentations for the most critical HR business processes
- Ensure consistency within the requirements document (and supporting material) and support the different delivery teams with the simplifying the document
Ideal Profile:
- Knowledge of PMM methodology
- General knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in multinational Matrix organizations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Experienced with HR/IT in a Pharmaceutical environment
- knowledge of business process modelling
