Project Assistant - HR - Pharmaceutical - English - Basel - Switzerland
NextLink is having an existing position as a Project Assistant for global projects in Basel, Switzerland.
General information:
Start date: 15.06.2017 (latest start: 30.06.2017)
End date: three months later
Extension: an extension might be possible, but would need to be approved
Work location: Basel
Workload: 100%
Remote: possible
Tasks:
Coming close to the end of the delivery phase of the project we need to ensure that all deliverables are done in a quality that ensures they serve their purpose.
For the deliverables with regards to documentation we are seeking a short-term support that will help us with:
- Ensuring consistency in the process documentations
- Creating additional simplified process documentations for the most critical HR business processes
- Ensure consistency within the requirements document (and supporting material) and support the different delivery teams with the simplifying the document
Qualifications:
General knowledge of HR processes
Experience in multinational Matrix organizations
Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
+++ Preferred experience with HR/IT
++ knowledge of business process modelling
