Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
• Support financial budgeting
• Support financial control
• Support on ITO / contractual aspects
• Support Jira reporting
• Support Mgmt. reporting
• Support resource acquisition process
• Organizational and logistic support
Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Officer
• Worked in a bank before (UBS experience as a great plus)
• Strong understanding of financial budgeting / reporting / controlling
• A strong user of the MS Office suite, preferably also JIRA
• Well experienced in use of CA PPM
• Used to support complex projects
Soft Skills
• Fluent in English and German (min. B1)
• Exceptionally well organized and capable to work independently
