For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedJunior PMO Support (4451)
The team is covering end users, compute estate and business demand for Asset Management and closely working with partners in various IT organization.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in PMO and Project Management
- Strong user skills in MS Office Tools and experience in working with banking applications
- Result and delivery oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- Eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
- Conscientious and resilient
- Fluent in English and German
About the role:
- Provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
- Organize business engagement meetings and workshops
- Maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
- Produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
