Reporting and QA Specialist with profound Auditing knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in Business Administration or in a related area, further education in Audit Management is a big plus
- At least 4 years' experience in a support role in the area of auditing, finance, BPC or other related function
- Very good project management skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in German or in another language is advantageous
Your tasks:
- Leading the establishment and oversight over quality assurance processes and maintaining QA framework covering all aspects of IA activity under guidance of the Head MQA
- Managing preparation and communication of IA Quality Assurance reports as well as sending out and collecting back post audit surveys
- Maintaining key statistics about IA activities for the Audit and Compliance Committee and other stakeholders as well as advising on revision of the IAs KPIs
- Coordinating overall onboarding process for new team members and preparing documents needed to ensure a smooth onboarding
- Updating linkages to related documents on a regular basis along with managing the reporting requirements to other assurance providers and open issue reviewers
