Tasks
• Support business project leader and his deputy in project management- and business related matters.
• Take over comprehensive project management responsibility for various business workstreams, some with team members based participating from overseas (Singapore and UK time-zones).
• Take over business-related tasks to support project members in various areas, such as: workflow design, customising and testing.
Main deliverables:
• Integrated Workflows.
• Successfully completed business test procedures.
• Updated user manuals.
Requirements
• Proven knowledge of managing global projects in a demanding and changing business Environment.
• Affinity a/o experience to Wealth Planning industry.
Soft Skills
• Autonomous and an engage with diverse stakeholders in a meaningful way and with confi-dence.
• Written and spoken English; German is a plus.
