Your Tasks
- Supervises business diagnosis and planning activities
- Leads requirements gathering cod business process redesign efforts
- Formulates the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
- Prepares summary findings and participates in conducting gap analysis between as-is processes and best practice
- Leads planning analysis activities, and develops./reviews detailed designs
- Supervises Technology Consultants and Analysts
- Leads doc quality efforts and technology requirements gathering
- Leads the planning and analysis activities related to technology, and reviews technical designs
