For our client, a well renowned International Bank, we are looking for a Project Manager with a broad Banking (Business) and IT experience/understanding. For this requisition we can only consider candidates already living in Switzerland and holding a valid work permit or candidates willing to relocate ASAP (only from the EU).
Your responsibilities:
- Support Program and Senior Management
- Implementation of challenging and regulatory driven initiatives
- Design and implementation of top initiatives, incremental changes and digital transformation:
- Strategy and concept development and design and implementation of top initiatives/incremental changes
- Regulatory compliance, organizational optimization and efficiency improvements
- A challenging and interesting role as support (Project Manager) responsible for the successful end to end delivery of key milestones
- Exposure to work with multiple senior representatives within Swiss Universal Bank, International Wealth Management, Chief Risk Officer & Chief Operating Officer departments

Your Profile:
- An excellent university degree in economics, business administration or industrial engineering/or equivalent
- At least 5 years of strong project management experience and excellent track record with another financial services institution or with a top tier consultancy firm, preferably focusing on the financial services industry and/or data management
- Good understanding of data architecture and have the skill to provide constructive feedback on business/technical requirements
- A versatile, solution-oriented mind with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with creativity and persistence
- Strong ability to work both independently as well as integrated in a project team
- Fluency in German and English, any further language is an advantage
