Beschreibung

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based around Zürich, is looking for a Launch Readiness PMO for a 7 months contract starting ASAP.

Are you currently looking for your next exciting project?

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Administer the Launch Readiness Platform (Sharepoint) including assessing Launch Plans for completeness and adherence to launch process.
  • Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support to the Country Launch Readiness Team.
  • Provide first line functional and technical user support for Launch Readiness Platform

Support the Country Launch Readiness Leads in:

  • Coordinating and preparing for Launch Activation workshops
  • Coordinating the Launch Management governance process
  • Development and delivery of communications to Country Launch Readiness stakeholders
  • Ad hoc support for self-service users
  • System administration of the launch readiness platform (Sharepoint)
  • Identify and promote best practice sharing and multifunctional collaboration in the context of the Launch platform across countries and regions, including curating the Best Practice Library of launch case studies and launch guidance.

Main requirements:

  • Degree in technology, science, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of business experience required, ideally in the Pharmaceutical and/or BioTech industry
  • Experience as a technology platform administrator required especially Microsoft SharePoint administration. Proven capability to support queries and configuration (eg Site/List/Library/Permissions)
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues on SharePoint Online required
  • Experience with Project Server/Online and Yammer Administration and support queries preferred
  • Proven process and project management capability/experience preferred
  • Understanding of & experience of Pharmaceutical Product Launch, Brand Planning, Sales and/or Commercial Operations in International markets advantageous
  • Experience of communications and stakeholder management advantageous
  • Experience of using Business Intelligence tools, in particular QlikSense, advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project
