Compliance Officer - Regulatory Developments Tracking (4334)

Your qualifications:

-3 + years of experience as a Compiance Officer within financial / banking environment
-Good understanding of banking relevant regulations in Switzerland
-Solid understanding of various business activities of a Universal Bank
-Flair for the operational risk framework of a bank
-Analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk
-Result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
-Fluent in English plus either fluency in German, French or Italian is a Must-have criteria

Your responsibilities:

-Mapping of relevant regulation and obligations in a meaningful way to the existing framework (taxonomies, policies and controls)
-Checking already mapped regulation and obligations against the existing framework (policies, controls and risk taxonomies ) in a meaningful way
-Participation in meetings with relevant SMEs regarding the content mapped to the regulation/obligation
