Harvey Nash is looking for a Knowledge Management & Infrastructure Expert for a 12 month project in Switzerland starting by beginning of August.
The role is for a candidate to act as single point of contact for IT troubleshooting, publication, communication operations and materials, document life cycle support adhering to departmental and regulatory requirements and standards.
You are responsible for
- Ensuring the development, implementation and delivery and maintenance of knowledge management operational processes and related systems, including all tools, communications and materials
- Overseeing and managing the structure of content (eg technical documents, announcements, newsletters, organizational information) published on various Global Engineering related platforms
- Knowledge management and communications platforms such that knowledge is accurate, up to date and easily accessible to Global Engineering community
- Implementing and driving the communication operations activities, including content creation, life cycle management, publishing, templates creation and usage
- Establishing appropriate communications, knowledge management; infrastructure SMEs, network and connections to platforms/sites/engineering community/customers
- Supporting and guiding associates in understanding and following the knowledge and document management processes
- Updating knowledge management and learning dashboards and document management inventory
- Liaising with internal and/or external knowledge management, IT and IGM partners to ensure knowledge management & infrastructure needs and processes are executed in a timely and accurate and compliant manner according to quality standards
- Managing the day to day workload activities of Knowledge management Infrastructure and communications
- Supporting activities between the offices to ensure alignment of SOP, Training development, communications and infrastructure schedule and roll out plans
- Supporting KPI reporting globally and internally
- Driving the implementation and management of innovative IT tools required to support the administration of knowledge management & infrastructure in an accurate, timely, compliant and efficient manner
Requirements
- University degree in professional field (eg Information Technology, Communications, Science-related subject or other related field)
- Advanced degree preferred or demonstrated equivalent qualifications and working experience
- Languages: Fluency in English (oral and written). Others a plus
- 1 - 3 years in relevant work experience in IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry working in a GxP regulated area;
- Experience in preparation, development and administration of materials in a regulated area a plus
- Demonstrated working in a Matrix oriented organization.
- Comprehensive and demonstrated advanced competencies in various IT tools, collaboration tools, IT development.
- Demonstrated high degree of organizational and analytical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills; strong project management skills
- Good organization awareness (eg interrelationship of departments, business priorities) and experience working cross-functionally and in global teams
