For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedProject Manager - Operational Risk Management (4284)
Operational Risk Management Change provides change support and Program Management to ORM stakeholders and works closely with IT and the data validation and report production team.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management and delivery experience would be an asset
- Previous experience in migrating users to a new platform and/or roll-out of a new system to a large number of users.
- Previous experience around Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management tools and processes would be of advantage
- Knowledge of operational risk data and processes
- Financial Services change in risk management and preferably within Investment Banking environment.
- Advanced MS Powerpoint skills to provide support with Steering Committee material.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Track record of defining clear and comprehensive requirements
- Exposure to Legal Entity and Divisional engagement model and stakeholder management within a Risk Function
- Exposure to Op Risk Metrics, SLA design and definitions beneficial
- Understanding of systems delivery lifecycles and delivery methodologies
- Capital Calculations IT /EUC infrastructure knowledge and Scenario Modelling beneficial
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive overall change project management and delivery activities for the WP05 - Op Risk Capital Calculations Infrastructure and WP06 - Scenarios Modelling Capability, with ORM business, within the overall program governance
- Liase with the ORM Business, their stakeholders, IT and RFDAR to execute against project plans for those two work packages, manage any risks and issues on a day to day basis
- Liase with ORM and IT technical BA’s and testing teams to ensure SIT, UAT are signed-off timely by the ORM business as per milestone plan
- Coordinate, raise and manage RAID items by working with a large section of business stakeholders across the CRO organisation
- Coordinate and chair working sessions / workshops to gather business requirements
- Instigate and facilitate further planning or organisation of these work packages
- Drive and follow up on analysis tasks and solution designs by working with the supporting BA and IT technical BA’s
- Report status to various governance committees regularly
