SCRUM Master/IT Business Analyst
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking SCRUM Master/Business Analyst to join a project to provide a state-of-the-art service to manage messages and multi-channel notifications to the bank's clients:
As a Scrum Master the candidate is responsible for making sure the Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum and helps the team to perform at their highest level. Hence, the candidate has to organize and run all of the Agile ceremonies, such as refinement grooming, planning and daily standup sessions and lead the team through the ongoing project. In addition s/he will also support the Product Owner, especially with respect to the development and maintenance of the product backlog.
As a Business Analyst the candidate will support the delivery of the project and work closely with the business and technical stakeholders to help form the product requirements, and drive quality development in close collaboration with the team.
This is a contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland and our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
You must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' professional experiences with teams applying modern agile software development practices
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master in a commercial software development environment
- Proficient in requirements engineering and working with software development teams to drive the implementation
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
