Tasks
• Support the project team for category cost management for Post-trade and Broker & Exchange fee cost optimization, including owning and updating project plans, meeting minutes, action lists and presentations.
• Support the project lead in organizing the project, developing and running periodic project reporting and steering committee presentations.
• Pro-active follow-up with project members and stakeholders to challenge project inputs and to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
• Collaborate with SME’s, project members and stakeholders and business representatives to document and maintain cost saving opportunities trackers
• Own and deliver smaller analytical assignments, mostly around financial transparency on external spend in the cost categories “brokerage & exchange fees” and “post-trade services” across the bank Group.
Requirements
• Experience in business analysis with a flair for numbers.
• Track-record in project management and in what it takes to support successful projects in global organizations with a diverse stakeholder base.
• Track record of driving and implementing change.
• Ideally background in a similar role in the financial services industry and good understanding of banking operations.
• Ideally post-trade and investment bank brokerage & exchange know-how.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office suite is a pre-requisite.
