Accountability:
-Define and harmonize processes, roles and accountability of cost of goods sold and inventory variance release
-Define and harmonize processes, roles, and accountability of cost of goods sold and inventory variance release, which could lead to modifications in the SAP systems
-Assess going to moving average for SD entities
-Implement technical improvements to GCP Core engine to allow for easier reconciliation
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for the planning as well as managing parts of a global implementation
-Manage effectively external project resources and lead country project teams. Deliver quality results within defined timelines
-Management reporting, including milestone status as well as dependency management
-Identifies gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays and challenges assumptions in areas of risk management and mitigation
-Oversees risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis
-Proposes options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule
-Serves as single point of control for project data (collect from functions/finance; owns version management and release of changes)
-Compiles and communicates project reports
-Actively managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the respective project teams and proposing appropriate mitigation actions
-Tracking and handling cross project activities. Actively identifying and mitigating any deviations from plan
-Preparation of presentation material for project meetings and workshops as well as Governance forums
-Manages meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and editing meeting minutes.
Requirement:
-University Degree (preferably Informatics, Science or equivalent) or MBA
-Minimum of 6 years of project management experience preferably in a global, matrixed, diverse environment
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharma industry
-Strong Project Management skills
-Sound knowledge of standard project tools and methods
-Demonstrated experience in managing complex issues on a global level. Ability to operate and work with people on a virtual basis (remote teams) as well as in a multi-cultural project environment
-Strong background in SAP Fi-CO, Product Costing is a must
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Fluent in English
-Some flexibility to travel may be required
