For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for aProject Coordinator
About the project:
The aim of the project is to support Basel site technical team with an IT solution starter package (eg. CRD platforms or cloud solutions) for building projects.
Requirements:
Senior Project Management (minimum 5 years of experience)
Excellent communication skills
German and English as a must
Ability to analyse and assess the business need and assess using IT solution architecture principles
Ability to challenge requirements, identifying standard vs. custom solutions
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to define short, clear instructions for non-IT individuals
Ability to drive outcome
The role requires to rather coordinate and lead in a matrix organization than hands on doing and classical project management
Experience in IT related to building engineering / facility / infrastructure projects is a plus
