IT Process Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the Insurance sector.

Your tasks:
  • Updating the guidelines regarding Project Portfolio Management process
  • Evaluating and configuring new tools to manage the process and IT demand
  • Implementing the current IT process and evaluating possible improvements
  • Working on defining the new project portfolio management policy


Your experience/knowledge:
  • Hands-on work experience in PPM technology consulting
  • In-depth understanding of business architecture, transformation delivery and modern IT strategy
  • Expertise with project execution and stakeholder management
  • Ability to design processes, implement changes and act as the IT liaison in several business functions

Soft Skills:
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
