Main tasks:
- Manages and facilitates key internal meetings (creates agenda, minutes, track actions and documents decision)
- Ensures escalations are managed in adherence to the model
- Maintains trackers and tools for meeting management, dashboards, risk management, continuous improvements
- Coordinates creation of powerpoint presentations to support governance model
- Tracks key departmental milestones
- Tracks key departmental goals
- Maintains global calendar up to date
- Manages the execution of business operations improvement projects
- Maintains resource model up to date
Main qualifications
- Bachelors/Master Degree (Life Science, Quality, Engineering), additional competences in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields
- Experience In biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with supplier relationship experience, ideally in contracting
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to comprehensively understand supply chain and financial requirements related to the external network
- Able to swiftly understand hurdles and turn learnings into improvements and to identify opportunities to align best practices across platforms
- Influencing the external manufacturing landscape so the company drives more robustness to the partners to ensure a predictable supply chain
- Ability to understand overall business context and to act accordingly
- Good negotiation skills
