Your Skills
- expertise in Service management and in functional architecture to be able to make recommendation on the global architecture between S/4HANA, Salesforce and third party CPQ solutions
- Service order management, Service Contract, Solution quote, recurring service, In house repair, technical assets, integration with sales, controlling and warehouse management is a plus
Your Tasks
- build an architecture around S/4HANA and other systems (Salesforce, CPQ solutions) and help the Client define a global CS design
- consult and work on topics regarding the integration S/4 service into the existing Customer' landscape
- Preparing and running PoCs, Prototyping in a Show and Tell system
- Guide customer in fit gap workshops
- Contribute to design documents, config guides and if required to Functional specs
- Assist Customer partner on build activities
