Scrum Master vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Developing and delivering training to teams and its ecosystem, which include stakeholders, subject matter experts and other
- Increasing agile awareness, helping to create an agile mind-set across the enterprise as well as organising events, building and supporting communities
- Accompanying teams at different stages of the agile journey along with identifying and addressing impediments
- Moderating and facilitating agile events, like planning workshops, daily scrums, sprint reviews or retrospective
- Working closely with business analysts, accountants, actuaries, software developers, architects, testers, programme coordinators and agile leaders
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, PSM1 and 2 paired with solid knowledge of relevant agile frameworks and expertise in teaching these
- Work experience in building teams and driving enhancement and self-organisation within a squad
- Ability to use data driven techniques and strategies to help a team become more predictable about change together with Expertise in coaching, training and mentoring
- University degree in applied sciences, engineering or business
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational

- Facilitation, leadership, and relationship building skills
- Team player, able to work independently with a creative and innovative mind-set
